WHY "GOOD GIRL JOHN"?

John, the namesake of the site, was a spirited little Bichon who had been at my side for 16 years. Through two cross country moves, my college years and finally a marriage...she was always there. (Yes...she.) She passed in 2023, but will forever be my little furbaby. Her brother, Phineas, is the new love of our life and our little adventurer!! In 2026, my husband and I will be packing up as a family to move to Spain! (We'll save stories of Phineas and the big move for the blog!)

For nearly a decade, Josh and I have been dog sitting, dog walking, and loving every pup, cat, and four legged creature we've come across. So it only seemed natural for our online brand to revolve around our pet passion.

The Blog

IN 2009, the DC area got hit by two blizzards in a row! We weren't huge fans of it...but John (in pink), Kiddo (our Cocker Spaniel), and Bella (our Newfi mutt) had the time of their lives!! This will always be one of our favorite family vidoes.

We are SUPER excited in 2025 to be donating monthly to organizations we love! We want this business to bring not just smiles to our customers faces, but smiles to the world. Guidingeyes.org is an amazing organization that trains Labradors to help those in need of an extra pair of eyes. The dogs are free to those in need, and unconditional love is an extra bonus.

Absolutely!! Reach out via our contact form after checkout, and provide me with a well lit photo of your pet. In addition, we can add any text to your design. We will send over a mockup for your approval after your order is placed.

Our goal is to get your order out the door as quick as possible! We work with a manufacturer on our products that will get your item headed in your direction in 3-5 business days.

We do not work on weekends (family time!) so if you order on a Friday, it will most likely ship on Tuesday.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment gateways. You can choose your preferred payment option during the checkout process.

We offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days from the date of delivery, for any products that do not have customization. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange following the guidelines outlined on our Returns page.
