Processing & Shipping Times
We process all orders within 2–5 business days. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via USPS. Delivery times may vary based on your location and USPS's schedule.
Tracking Information
After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Delivery Considerations
Occasionally, USPS may mark packages as "Delivered" before they physically arrive. This is especially common during peak holiday seasons. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived:

Wait 24 hours: Packages often show up the next day.

Check with neighbors: Sometimes, packages are delivered to nearby addresses by mistake.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package hasn't arrived after waiting 24 hours post-delivery notification:

USPS Investigation: We'll contact USPS to determine the delivery details using their GPS tracking.

Resolution: If the package is confirmed lost, we'll promptly send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact Us Immediately (within 3 days of recieving): Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Keep All Materials: Retain the packaging and damaged items until the issue is resolved.

We'll work with USPS to file a claim and arrange a replacement for you as quick as humanly possible.
